The Asia Pacific Coalition on Male Sexual Health (APCOM) is a regional coalition of MSM and HIV community-based organisations, the government sector, donors, technical experts and the regional UN offices, which advocates for political support and investment.

International Treatment Preparedness Coalition (ITPC) is devoted to advocacy on HIV treatments access.
The Global Forum on MSM and HIV (MSMGF) advocates for equitable access to effective HIV prevention, care, treatment, and support services tailored to the needs of gay men and other MSM, including those living with HIV. MSMGF also advocates for GMSM human rights worldwide.

Youth Leadership, Education, Advocacy & Development Project (Youth LEAD) aims to develop youth leadership among Key Affected Populations so as to improve youth involvement in community, national and regional programming processes.
