The Asia Pacific Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS (APN+) APN+ is the network of PLHIV living in the Asia Pacific region. It was established in 1994 at a meeting in Kuala Lumpur by 42 PLHIV from eight countries. It was established in response to the need for a collective voice for PLWHA in the region, to better link regional PLHIV with the Global Network of PLHIV (GNP+) and positive networks throughout the world, and to support regional responses to widespread stigma and discrimination and better access to treatment and care.
The Asia Pacific Coalition on Male Sexual Health (APCOM) - a regional coalition of MSM and HIV community-based organisations, the government sector, donors, technical experts and the UN system. The main purpose is advocating for political support and increases in investment and coverage of HIV services in Asia Pacific.
Asian Network of People Who Use Drugs (ANPUD) - an issues based membership network that has the MIPUD principle (Meaningful Involvement of People who Use Drugs) as our guiding philosophy. ANPUD believes that services (prevention & treatment) for people who use drugs must be accessible, voluntary, comprehensive, evidence based and compassionate. ANPUD believes that people who use drugs should not be criminalised.
Asia Pacific Network of Sex Workers (APNSW)
Asia Pacific Council of AIDS Service Organisations (APCASO) is a civil society network of community-based and non-governmental organisations that provide HIV and AIDS related programs and services in the Asia Pacific region.
The Coalition of Asia Pacific regional networks on HIV/AIDS, also called the "Seven Sisters" is composed of the regional networks for NGOs and CBOs (APCASO), sex worker organisations (APNSW), harm reduction (AHRN), PLWHA (APN+), mobility and miogration (CARAM), LGBT (APN Rainbow), and the AIDS Society of Asia Pacific. AFAO is the Australia / New Zealand representative on the Board of APCASO and some of our member organisations have storng links with these organisations (Scarlet Alliance with APCASO, NAPWA with APN+).
Coordination on Action Research on AIDS and Mobility (CARAM) CARAM Asia is a regional network working on migration and health issues. Formed in 1997, it has developed into a network of members spread across South East Asia, North East Asia, the Gulf and Middle East. It is an NGO in Special Consultative Status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations. Four key thrusts and pillars which provide momentum to CARAM Asia programmes are Participatory Action Research (PAR), national and regional advocacy, coalition building and capacity building for CBOs and NGOs working with migrant communities. These approaches provide an impetus for the development of research, publications, campaigns and policy prescriptions for CARAM Asia programmes.
HIV and AIDS Data Hub for Asia and the Pacific The Evidence to Action Data Hub is a one-stop online resource offering easy access to multiple sources of HIV & AIDS data focusing on 26 countries and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, China in Asia-Pacific. It contains analysed and readily available data products (Data sheets, Overview in slides, Maps and Reviews organised by region or thematic area) for advocacy, and evidence-based response to the AIDS epidemic in the Asia-Pacific.

Youth Leadership, Education, Advocacy & Development Project (Youth LEAD). Implemented by the Coalition of Asia Pacific Regional Networks on HIV/AIDS (7 Sisters) and supported by UNFPA, Youth LEAD is a project that has been conceptualized and targeted for Asia and Pacific region, with the objective of developing youth leadership among Key Affected Populations (KAP) so as to improve youth involvement in community, national and regional programming processes through the strategies of education and advocacy.
